What is the check out time?

Checkout is anytime before 11:00am.

When can I check in?

Checkin time is always after 14h00 pm. We are open 24 hours.

What kind of ID ?

Passport or any official ID with a picture

Are sheets and blankets included?

Yes.You do not need a sleeping bag. We also provide pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.

Is there luggage storage?

Yes, we have a luggage room. But after you checked out, you have to rent a locker, it’s only $2 for 24 hours.

Do you have lockers in shared rooms?

We have lockers. You need to bring your own padlock or you can buy one here. Your luggages are safe in the room. Our dormitories are all equipped with lockers.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew. However, after 11h00 pm, door is locked and you will have to ring and show your key room to get in the Hostel, isn’t safe !!! We also ask you to avoid noise after 10h00 pm to 7h00 am on the floors in order to respect other travelers.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, we do serve breakfast. It is included if you are in a private room or in a 4 bed dorm. For our other types of dorms we have two rates with or without breakfast.

Do you have a kitchen?

Yes, we have an all equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. We don’t have traditional oven, but we have microwaves, toasters… It opens from 7h00am to 3h30pm and from 4h30pm to 10h30pm. For security, the kitchen is closed during night. However, the kitchen is not equipped to receive groups over 10 people.

What means shared rooms?

Shared rooms mean that you will share your accomodation with other people.

Are the dormitories mixted or unisex?

We always try to accommodate single travelers with people from the same sex. However, when requested, we also have coed.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Master Cards, Amex, Diners Club. We do accept also travellers cheques from Canada only.

What is your cancellation policy?

It is important to cancel 24 hours before your arrival date; otherwise the cost of the first night will be debited on your credit card. For groups, please refer to your contract.

Do you have Internet?

Yes, we have free WiFi everywhere in the hostel. We also have an Internet room with 7 computers.

Do I have to be an HI-Member to stay in your hostel?

There are of course special prices for HI (Hostelling International) members, but everyone is welcome to stay with us.

Is there a maximum overnight stay?

Yes,you can stay for a maximum of 7 days. However, if you are looking for a job or a permanent lodging in the City, we can extend your stay. In that case, you will have to speak with the manager.

Do you have a parking access?

No, there is no parking at the hostel, but there is a public parking nearby. You may buy your ticket directly at the hostel’s frontdesk . It’s $15 for 24hours.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have laundry facilities in the basement. It’s $1,50 for a wash and $1,50 for drying.

Am I charged at the time of the reservation?

No, you are not. The credit card only serves as a guarantee. You may pay once you are checking-in..
